    Q Are you a factory?

    A Yes, our factory is located in Zhejiang Huzhou City,it covers 80000 square meters,we have 40 extrusion production lines,and cooperate with supermarket and big wholesalers all over the world, we have the laboratory room to test the products and beautiful show room. Welcome to visit our factory !

  • What is your deliver time?

    Usually 10-15 days for one 20ft container(nearly 850 sqm goods). 

  • Is the wall/decking installlation difficult?

    Actually the installation is quite easy, both wall panel and decking, only require simple tool like electric drill, clips and screws,etc. Customers can finish the installation quite quickly, usually 2 person can finish about 50 sqm wall panel/decking per day.

  • Can you provid samples?

    Yes sure we can, according to our company's policy, all samples are free, customer only need to bear the freight cost.

  • How many designs do you have?

    Pls contact me directly,I will send you our specification list.

  • How can I get the samples?

    Small samples and color swatch is free for you,you only need to undertake the freight cost.

  • How many years warranty of PVC?

    10~15 years.

  • Delievery time

    Around 15~20 days after receiving 30% deposit.

  • Payment term

    a.TT 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against the B/L copy.
    b.L/C at sight.
    c.Any other payment methods, please kindly remind in advance, it can be negotiated.

  • Are wood plastic composite products environmentally friendly?

    Yes. Because WPC will not splinter, warp or fade the way wood does, it dramatically reduces the wasteful cycle of repair and replacement and eliminates the frequent application of environmentally harmful paint, sealers and stains.

  • Can I mix 2 color in one order?

    Yes, you can! But if the quantity less than 100 sqm for one color, we have to charge extra set-up fee. We are a direct factory and the more colors we choose, the more cost including materials and labour we have to add, we have to control the product cost and hope customer can understand this.

  • What is your deliver time?

    Usually 10-15 days for one 20ft container(nearly 850 sqm goods), this time can be reduced to 7 days if the order is regular, so that we could arrange the product works in advance.

  • Is the Sheet/decking installlation difficult?

    Actually the installation is quite easy, both sheets and decking, only require simple tool like electric drill, clips and screws. Customers can finish the installation quite quickly, usually 2 person can finish about 50 sqm wall panel/decking.

  • Can you provide samples?
